Men,

Today would be a great day to get out and secure donations and hole sponsorships. We still need 8–10 more golfing groups to fill the tournament, and we are down about 10 hole sponsorships compared to last year. We also need more raffle prizes/donations.

This fundraiser is critical — the money raised will go toward:

30+ new practice tops for the Junior High

T-shirts for every player in the program (HS and JH)

A second Vertimax with 8 stations

Travel gear for the high school team

Updates:
Golfers will now receive breakfast (biscuits & gravy) at no cost to us, plus lunch with their round.

Donations (gift certificates, tickets, etc.) should go directly to Coach Reynolds so he can document and store them. This allows us to properly promote those businesses on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Raffle Drawing: Projected to start around 12:30–1:00 p.m. at Indian Tree Golf Course. You must be present to win, but you do not have to play in the tournament to participate.

Deadlines & Sign-ups:

Sponsorships and artwork (email to dsherer@wolves.k12.mo.us) are due by Friday, September 26th so hole signs and banners will be ready.

Golfers can still call the course to sign up right up to the day of the event.
